To enable you to book several Intimate New Zealand properties we have created a simple online system.
To use our system your browser must be a version 4.0 or better. A resolution of 800 x 600 is recommended.
The PROPERTIES menu link will show our properties with a brief
description of each. Beside each property are two buttons. 
will place the selected property on your Itinerary list.
The 
button will open a separate window with more information about the property.
Properties can only be added to the Itinerary
list from the PROPERTIES page. If you would like to check your Itinerary list
hit the 
button found under the map in the right hand frame.
You will be presented with a table of information similar to that below. Enter Arrival and Departure dates with an approximate arrival time for each selected property. Date format is Date / Month / Year, time is indicated as am or pm.
The 
button will take a property out of the list. To add other
properties use the map to the right of this table by clicking on the the required property number.
The RESET ITINERARY button removes all the dates and times for quick editing of this information.
When you have completed your Intimate New Zealand Itinerary choose the ENTER GUEST INFO button and your information will be automatically transferred to our Guest Information form.
On the Guest information sheet please note the fields indicated with a *. These boxes must contain the required information or the form will not be sent.
The more information you can give us the quicker the properties can respond to your request.
On completion of the guest form use the SEND button to have your information emailed to each property on the list. A confirmation sheet will appear this- can be printed to create a hard copy for your records.
To enter a new guest choose the link at the bottom of the confirmation page and start the procedure again.
You will receive a reply directly from each of the properties on your Itinerary.
